Couples seeking a cozy getaway
The set up of the room was really cool,, the full size refrigerator and the spacious kitchen gave off this homely vibe you wouldn't expect in a hotel. And the television swivel feature was just perfect for when I wanted to view from the couch while enjoying some wine.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

The staff at front were always nice and helpful.
I was really disappointed by the barking dogs at night. It made it difficult to get any sleep when all I wanted was a peaceful rest. Additionally, the cleanliness of the pool and shower left much to be desired, which was very frustrating during my stay.

Great Cleanliness with Room for Improvement
A modern, pristine hotel offering a cozy king studio. Unfortunately, staff responsiveness could be better. we experienced a significant wait during check-in. Breakfast offerings were decent, making mornings enjoyable. For future guests, consider arriving early in the evening to avoid potential delays during busier hours.

Spent a fun weekend with friends here! We enjoyed the spacious kitchen to prep our meals and the cozy atmosphere. We day-tripped to New Braunfels, where we chilled at Schlitterbahn Water Park and tubed down the Comal River. Pro tip, check out Three Dudes Winery if you're into local wines!
Had a bit of a wait during check-in, which was frustrating after our long drive. Planning for potential delays could help future guests.

The King Studio with Sofa Bed provided a spacious and functional layout, making it feel like a home away from home, especially with the full-size kitchen and cozy couch. Being able to watch Netflix was a delightful surprise, and the included complimentary bread at breakfast was a nice touch. However, the breakfast variety was somewhat limited, and I encountered delays during check-in. Additionally, the pool area could use some attention as it felt overlooked during my stay.

The atmosphere was inviting, and the spacious layout of the room made it quite comfortable. Enjoyed the television's swivel feature. However, breakfast service could improve, as I felt rushed with dishes being cleared too early in the morning. A few more breakfast options would truly enhance the experience.

I really enjoyed my time at the Residence Inn in San Marcos. The King Studio with Sofa Bed felt spacious and incredibly clean, perfect for relaxing after a long day. I loved having a full-size refrigerator and a microwave, making it easy to prepare meals. Plus, the layout was really functional, and I appreciated the Netflix option on the TV. The only downside was the breakfast. The eggs weren’t the freshest, which was disappointing. Additionally, the pool needed cleaning, and I could hear some barking dogs during the night, which made it tough to get a good sleep. Despite these issues, the staff were always nice and helpful.
